Dyslexia

Colorimeter

Time was when children who could not-would-not-read were considered slow, dense or backward. Often placed at the front of the class and kept in after school, many teachers did not realise that they were neither slow nor backward. They were in fact dyslexic.

Over 2.5 million people in the U.K are affected by this word blindness  a condition where the brain scrambles the letters, and words become unreadable and causes writing difficulties.

What is acknowledged is the fact that dyslexia has no connection with low intelligence. It's easy to tell the difference between a child who is slow and a child who is dyslexic. If they can spell they are not dyslexic.

Sadly there is no cure or proven treatment  but, at last help is at hand. Cerium Visual Technologies was created to develop and market the Intuitive Colorimeter and its surrounding technology.

To bring relief through colour to those suffering visual distortion and headaches. Also to support further research into colour and its benefit to mankind.

To work closely worldwide with the professional and academic bodies to ensure  that all  who can benefit from colour do so and be assured that the technology is scientifically based.
